The Sequence

Ten-minute intake. Enough detail to be judged, not a formality.
Be Reviewed
A Governor reads it. Accepted, redirected, or asked for more.
Connect
House Officer assigned, payment issued, documents released.
Serve the Term
60 to 110 days of musters, standards, and a record that holds.
Daily Operations

The standard
answers back.

Greywell is administered through the route issued at admission — chosen on the application, not before it.

Governor
Receives intake, checklist evidence, weekly reports, DNS exceptions, and alerts requiring human review.
House Officer
Handles musters, notices, structured responses, departure/return protocol, and routine administration.
Applicant
Submits reports in the required form once access is opened. The day proceeds by record, not by private intention.
Record
Start dates, checklist status, infractions, assignments, welfare notes, DNS status, and completion are retained.
Muster
Morning and evening reports, in the assigned format. Late, missing, or malformed records are visible to the House Officer.
Review

Admission is reviewed.
Capacity is limited.

A Governor-assigned place requires review before admission. Some applicants are accepted. Some are redirected. Some are asked to submit a stronger application. Some are not admitted.

Specific Deficits
The application should identify what the applicant wants corrected, not merely that they want structure.

Real Availability
Work, household, sleep, privacy, and safety limits must be clear enough for the Term to be administered.

Fit for Route
The selected model, House Officer, partner request, and DNS interest should match the stated need.
IV
Capacity
If review capacity is full, the applicant may be redirected to waitlist rather than be admitted immediately.
