Not a subscription. A self-governed Term is $90 for sixty days or $120 for ninety. A Governor-assigned Term — where a person reviews your week, holds your welfare and decides what moves — is $350 or $500. That is $1.50 a day, or $5.83. DNS accountability is a separate optional addition; the most a participant pays is $528. A partner's access is paid separately by your partner, after the Governor approves them. Nothing renews. Full breakdown on Fees.
No. The web application at /apply/ is the only way to start intake. Telegram is a contact-route choice made inside that form, for receiving messages after admission.
No. A remote adult accountability structure — reporting, written standards, evidence, review. No clinical care, legal advice, or physical contact.
The Governor closes it to one of four formal outcomes. From there the Term simply ends — or, only once already at the Term's outer day limit, you can petition to extend further. Full detail on Closure.
Governor-assigned Terms are limited by the Governor's capacity for meaningful weekly oversight. For now, that means a small number of concurrent Terms. The waitlist records interest for manual follow-up when intake expands.
Yes, if nominated by the applicant, separately consented, and approved by the Governor. Not required for admission. Your partner needs no particular app — when invited they choose how Greywell reaches them, by email, by Telegram, or by a passphrase and no contact details at all. Full detail on Partner Involvement, or send them the plain overview.
Greywell is a fixed-term online accountability structure for adults. It uses formal standards, recorded check-ins, House Officer administration, documents, checklist evidence, and, where selected, Governor review. Applicants select either the Greywell App route or the Telegram route during intake.
It is for adults who respond to structure, formal routines, written standards, and external accountability. It is especially suited to applicants who know what should be done but want the daily argument removed. It is not appropriate for urgent professional, clinical, legal, or safeguarding needs.
If admitted, the applicant receives the next instruction through the selected contact route. Greywell App applicants receive payment and setup notices by email until access is issued. Telegram-route applicants connect to the assigned House Officer bot. DNS declaration, payment, documents, and pre-Term checklist evidence follow before any start date is set.
Yes. Greywell is voluntary, remote, and for adults 18+ only. It is not clinical care, urgent support, legal advice, financial advice, or a physical-location service. Full operating terms and privacy details are available in the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
It is optional DNS filtering support. Standard filtering covers core distraction categories. Enhanced adds stricter attention controls. Necessary work, banking, medical, utility, school, or personal portals can be requested as exceptions. The profile is installed by the applicant and removed manually at the end of the Term or when directed.
Greywell is built around ordinary obligations. Intake records work pattern, household constraints, timezone, commute, privacy limits, and practical restrictions so the issued Term fits real life without weakening the structure.
The Term is entered voluntarily and may be exited voluntarily. The Term can be suspended or ended at the Governor's discretion or at the participant's request. Genuine unsustainability is handled directly.
