Fee guide

Fees are disclosed before admission.

The final charge depends on route, duration, and any approved partner role. Intake does not charge a fee. Accepted applicants receive the confirmed amount before entering active service.

Fees are what you pay Greywell. Separately, a Term is run in your own premises using ordinary household and clothing stock, most of which applicants already own. Work out what that would cost you.

Self-governed Term$39-$55
Governor-assigned Term$99-$135

Optional additions

DNS accountability profile$20-$48
License Period, after Term completion$15-$25
Paid extension, per day beyond the Term's maximum$2

Partner roles

Witness role$15-$20
Reporter role$30-$40
Authority role$55-$75

Full service range

Absolute floor, base Term only$39
Upper range with every approved additionup to $275
Paid extensions, if any, are charged on top of that$2 per day

Partner access is never automatic. It requires applicant nomination, an applicant-permitted role boundary, separate partner consent, Governor approval, and role-specific activation. A partner needs no particular app to hold a role — at consent they choose how Greywell reaches them. DNS and License Period fees depend on tier and Term duration. Fees are not a promise of admission, review outcome, or partner approval.

Refunds

You can change your mind until the Term starts.

Fees are fully refundable at any point before a Term commences — for any reason, without explanation, including simply deciding it is not for you. Once a Term has commenced the fee is earned and is not refundable, because the programme is delivered continuously from the first day.

To request a refund, email [email protected]. One line is enough. Refunds are actioned promptly and confirmed in writing. The same rule applies to paid extensions, License Periods and partner access: refundable before the period they cover begins, not once it has begun.

Nothing is charged before an application is reviewed and accepted. Full terms are in Terms of Service, section 12.
