Greywell

A fixed Term of oversight, standards, and record.
ORDINE ET LABORE

Greywell Institute places ordinary life under formal structure: daily musters, House Officer supervision, written standards, assignments, physical training, and, where selected, Governor review.

Beta intake open — places strictly limited.
The Offer

Voluntary structure.
No private negotiation.

Greywell is a fixed-term structured accountability programme conducted inside the applicant's own premises. Ordinary work, study, relationships, and necessary obligations continue. The difference is that the day is placed under a formal record: what was required, what was done, what was avoided, and what must be corrected.

For 60 or 90 days, the applicant enters a structure administered through Telegram, personalised documents, daily reporting, House Officer supervision, and, where selected, Governor review. It is not a habit tracker or motivational coaching. Admission begins only after intake, fee confirmation, checklist review, and an official start date.

I.
Daily Musters
Morning and evening reports are submitted to the assigned House Officer. The day begins and closes on record.
II.
Written Standards
Rules, schedules, kit lists, meals, training, and reporting formats are issued as formal programme documents.
III.
Officer Supervision
The House Officer receives reports, issues reminders, records infractions, and returns the next required action.
IV.
Consequence
Failures are not reframed as feelings. They are recorded, answered, and carried into the shape of the Term.
What You Receive

What admission
actually includes.

Admission includes the operating structure for a Term, not a static PDF bundle. The documents define the standard; the House Officer receives the record; the dashboard preserves what happened. The value is not inspiration. It is sequence, review, and accountability that continues after the first motivated day has passed.

I.
Formal Intake
Schedule, premises, physical baseline, diet, deficits, goals, governance preference, and House Officer selection are recorded before admission.
II.
Document Pack
Rules of the House, training programme, prescribed menu, recipes, weekend timetable, kit lists, camera guide, and checklist instructions.
III.
Telegram Oversight
House Officer access for musters, departures, returns, directives, checklist evidence, infractions, and programme administration.
IV.
Term Record
Progress, reports, assignments, welfare notes, infractions, start dates, completion status, and optional DNS status are maintained in the record.
Structured, Not Generic

The Term is assigned.
The intake is personal.

Greywell does not ask applicants to design their own discipline. It asks them to disclose the facts that matter: work pattern, household, relationship context, physical limits, privacy constraints, internet risks, goals, and genuinely unsuitable elements. The result is controlled personalisation: fitted to real life without letting the applicant negotiate away the parts that make the Term effective.

Disclosed at intake
Work pattern, sleep, household, partner context, privacy, premises, health limits, goals, and unsuitable elements are recorded before a Term is issued.
Selected at intake
Length, intensity, governance route, House Officer preference, DNS interest, and Branch Two are declared by the applicant and carried into the admission record.
Confirmed before start
Greywell confirms Telegram routing, fee status, document pack delivery, camera/checklist evidence, DNS setup where selected, reporting format, and the actual start date before the Term commences.

Solo applicants and applicants in relationships may apply. Partner involvement is available during beta by request, but it is not automatic. The applicant nominates the partner, the partner gives separate consent, and the Governor approves or denies the role before access is issued.

Who This Is For

For those who need
the day taken out of negotiation.

Greywell is built for functional adults who are capable in some parts of life and privately exhausted by the parts they keep failing to govern: the phone they cannot put down, the morning that starts too late, the project that never starts, the room that keeps slipping, the body they have been meaning to repair.

It is not for people in crisis and it is not therapy. It is for people who already know what should be done and want the argument removed for a fixed period. Structure, hierarchy, ritual, and consequence are not decoration here. They are the mechanism.

I.
Routine Collapse
For those whose mornings, sleep, meals, cleaning, and work habits degrade when left to preference, mood, or motivation.
II.
Compulsive Drift
For those pulled into screens, pornography, scrolling, browsing, or passive consumption after the decision to stop has already been made.
III.
Unfinished Work
For those with intelligence, ability, and ambition, but no reliable system for carrying a task from intention to completion.
IV.
No External Standard
For those who know they perform better when observed, expected, corrected, and held to a standard they did not invent for themselves.
How It Works

From application
to admitted Term.

I
Apply
Complete the intake form. Work pattern, premises, physical baseline, diet, deficits, goals, and preferred governance model are recorded.
II
Review
The Governor reviews Governor-assigned applications. Self-governed applications are checked for completeness and routed automatically when the intake is valid.
III
Connect and Confirm Admission
The applicant connects to the assigned House Officer bot, completes the DNS declaration where relevant, and receives the admission fee link. Admission is confirmed after the fee is complete.
IV
Prepare
Documents are issued, the kit is assembled, and pre-Term checklist evidence is submitted through Telegram. The Term does not commence until the checklist is approved and the actual start date is confirmed.
V
Serve the Term
Once commenced, the Term moves from admission into active service. Musters, training, meals, assignments, infractions, and reports continue until the Term is completed or formally closed.
Telegram Experience

The standard
answers back.

Greywell is administered through Telegram because the programme needs to live where ordinary life already interrupts you. The House Officer receives musters, returns required responses, records infractions, and routes relevant items to the Governor dashboard.

Telegram conversation with the House Officer showing morning muster, departure, and recorded responses
Governor
Receives intake, checklist evidence, weekly reports, DNS exceptions, and alerts requiring human review.
House Officer
Handles daily musters, notices, structured responses, departure/return protocol, and routine administration.
Applicant
Submits reports in the required form. The day proceeds by record, not by private intention.
Record
Start dates, checklist status, infractions, assignments, welfare notes, DNS status, and completion are retained.
Muster
Morning and evening reports are submitted in the assigned format. Late, missing, or malformed records are visible to the House Officer.
A Day Under Standard

Ordinary life,
placed under rule.

Work, necessary communication, errands, and rest continue. What changes is the frame around them. The day is no longer left to appetite, avoidance, or drift. The final timetable is issued after intake and adjusted around work pattern, premises, physical baseline, and safety constraints.

05:30
Rising and Physical Training
Rise at the appointed hour. Bed made immediately. Training follows before ablutions. The first act of the day is not negotiation. It is compliance with sequence.
06:20
Presentation and Muster
Wash, groom, dress to House standard, and submit the morning muster before the day is allowed to proceed.
DAY
Work and Leave of Absence
Employment and necessary obligations continue. During work periods, Leave of Absence applies. Between sessions, return protocol prevents the day from dissolving.
RETURN
Premises Standard Resumes
Devices return to the Property Box, House dress resumes, and the premises return to standard. There is no intermediate collapse state.
EVENING
Meal, Assignment, Reading
Dinner, study, assignment work, reading, and preparation for close. The evening is not an empty container for passive consumption.
21:15
Muster and Close
The evening muster records conduct, meals, training, assignments, substance use where applicable, and infractions. Lights out follows.
What Changes

Order becomes
less dramatic.

The objective is not intensity. It is consistency. Over time, the same actions become ordinary: the room remains clean, the morning begins without chaos, the phone stops deciding the shape of the day, and the record shows what was required, done, avoided, and corrected.

I.
Domestic Order
The premises stop decaying between bursts of panic-cleaning. Surfaces, clothing, food, records, and equipment acquire fixed places.
II.
Reduced Drift
Screens, scrolling, pornography, browsing, and passive consumption are placed behind friction. Attention has room to return.
III.
Stable Routine
Sleep, meals, training, reading, cleaning, and reporting become repeated enough to stop requiring reinvention.
IV.
Start-to-Finish Conduct
Assignments are issued, advanced, submitted, reviewed, and carried into the following week.
Governance

The Governor
and the House Officers.

The Governor
Governor-assigned Terms only
The Governor holds final authority over Governor-assigned Terms. They review intake personally before admission is confirmed, read weekly reports, issue Improvement Programme assignments, document progress, and may intervene in the conduct of a Term at any time. Standards are maintained through consistency, discretion, and authority. The value of the Governor is not constant contact, but external judgment: the standard does not soften because the record is inconvenient.

The Governor's purpose is to remove private appeal. Once admitted, the applicant is no longer left to decide alone whether effort was sufficient, disorder was acceptable, or avoidance can be excused. Conduct is reported, reviewed, and answered according to the needs of the Term.

Contact with the Governor is deliberate and infrequent. Its authority derives in part from its rarity. Direct contact is not assumed. Communications pass through the House Officer unless otherwise directed.

The Governor is a single individual who oversees all active Terms. Places are limited. Admission is selective, and capacity is intentionally restricted to preserve the level of attention, supervision, and oversight each Term requires.
The House Officers
At intake, the applicant selects a House Officer. The programme is identical. The register differs.

Mr. Cole — measured, direct, and formal. Administrative in tone. He does not explain himself. He does not break character.

Mrs. Hartley — precise, unhurried, and clinical. No warmth extended, none expected. The programme runs. That is sufficient.

The House Officer is the daily interface of the Institute. Musters are received, departures and returns recorded, infractions answered, documents issued, and directives delivered. The Officer does not motivate. The Officer administers.

Their function is sequence. They convert private intention into the next required action: rise, report, dress, train, eat, clean, read, submit, close the day. Both officers operate under identical standing instructions from the Governor and are available around the clock.
Self-Governed Terms
Self-governed Terms include the House Officer bot, intake routing, documents, daily structure, musters, checklist evidence, automated records, and standard assignments. They do not include weekly human Governor review. This is not a softer programme; the daily structure, musters, device rules, consequences, and reporting standard remain in force.
Term Options

Two terms.
Two governance models.

All Terms follow the same daily structure and Improvement Programme framework. The distinction is length and whether weekly human Governor review is assigned.

Standard Term
60 Days
Full daily regime from Day One
Three-phase programme structure
Physical training programme calibrated to baseline
Prescribed menu and recipe reference
Improvement Programme across three branches
Accountability infrastructure, with optional network controls
Sixty days is the minimum. The Governor determines when objectives are met.
Extended Term
90 Days
Everything in the standard Term
Extended Phase 3 with higher expectations
More complete Improvement Programme progression
Greater Governor-assigned discretionary challenges
Longer track record for the Governor to assess
Recommended for those with more established patterns to correct
Recommended for returning applicants or those with more established patterns to correct.
Partner Involvement

Support is permitted.
Control is not outsourced.

A partner may be invited into a limited supporting role when the applicant requests it and the partner consents. The process is deliberately staged: nomination at intake, separate partner consent, Governor review, role approval, then a role-specific access link before the partner bot is activated.

Greywell remains the supervising institution. Partner involvement does not replace the House Officer, Governor review, Term documents, or the applicant's own responsibility for compliance. Partner access is narrow, logged, and closed when consent is withdrawn, the Term closes, or the Governor revokes the role.

Limited Role
Witness
Receives limited Term context after approval
May raise concerns for Governor review
No authority to issue instructions or consequences
Appropriate where the partner should know the structure exists without managing it. Access fee: $15 for 60 days, $20 for 90 days.
Observation Role
Reporter
May submit observations relevant to the Term
May report breaches, avoidance, or welfare concerns
Reports are reviewed before any action is taken
Appropriate where household context may materially affect compliance. Access fee: $30 for 60 days, $40 for 90 days.
Controlled Authority
Authority
May submit authority notices for Governor review
Receives the narrowest access needed for the approved role
Subject to revocation at consent withdrawal or Governor discretion
Appropriate only where boundaries are explicit and both parties consent. Access fee: $55 for 60 days, $75 for 90 days.

Partner access does not include unrelated intake disclosures, medical details, private Governor notes, financial records, or general control over the applicant's life. The Governor may approve a lower role than requested, deny the request, archive a prior partner profile, or revoke access where boundaries no longer hold.

Internet Accountability

Optional filtering
for common avoidance loops.

Internet Accountability is optional DNS filtering support. A profile is installed on the applicant's device so selected categories do not resolve normally. It is designed to add friction around common avoidance loops, not to interfere with necessary life administration.

Standard filtering restricts social networks, video streaming, and gambling. Enhanced filtering adds adult themes, nudity, pornography, online shopping, gaming, entertainment, news and media, and sports. Work, banking, medical, utility, school, and necessary personal portals can be requested as exceptions.

Setup is delivered as a written pack and, where supported, a mobile configuration profile. Removal is manual at the end of the Term or when directed. Greywell does not need passwords to the applicant's personal accounts.

Term Admission

Admission carries weight.
One Term, no subscription.

Each Term is entered as a defined commitment: intake review, House Officer routing, personalised documents, checklist review, programme records, Term administration, and, where selected, weekly Governor review. There are no recurring fees.

Admission fees preserve limited capacity and confirm that the applicant is entering deliberately. The Term begins only after fee confirmation, checklist approval, and the official start date.

Frequently Asked

Questions before
you apply.

What is Greywell? +
Greywell is a fixed-term structured accountability programme conducted inside the applicant's own premises. It uses formal standards, daily Telegram reporting, House Officer administration, documents, checklist evidence, and, where selected, Governor review.
Who is it for? +
It is for adults who respond to structure, hierarchy, ritual, consequence, and external accountability. It is especially suited to applicants who know what should be done but repeatedly negotiate their way out of doing it. It is not appropriate for crisis situations or urgent clinical, legal, or safeguarding needs.
Can I apply if I have a partner? +
Yes. A partner may support the Term if nominated by the applicant, separately consented, and approved by the Governor. Partner involvement is optional, role-specific, and may be denied, limited, archived, or revoked. It is not required for admission.
What happens after admission? +
The applicant connects to the assigned House Officer bot, completes DNS declaration where relevant, receives the admission fee link, then completes pre-Term checklist evidence. The Term does not commence until admission is confirmed, the checklist is approved, and the actual start date is set.
What does the House Officer do? +
The House Officer is the daily interface of the Institute. Musters are received, departures and returns recorded, checklist evidence routed, infractions answered, documents issued, and directives delivered. The Officer administers; they do not motivate or negotiate.
What is Internet Accountability? +
It is optional DNS filtering support. Standard filtering restricts social networks, video streaming, and gambling. Enhanced adds stricter distraction categories. Necessary work, banking, medical, utility, school, or personal portals can be requested as exceptions. The profile is installed by the applicant and removed manually at the end of the Term or when directed.
What if I work, study, or have ordinary obligations? +
Greywell is built around ordinary obligations. Intake records work pattern, household constraints, timezone, commute, privacy limits, and practical restrictions so the issued Term fits real life without weakening the Institute's authority.
What does the fee cover? +
The fee covers admission into the Term infrastructure: intake processing, House Officer bot access, personalised documents, daily muster structure, checklist review, records, assignments, and administration. Governor-assigned Terms also include weekly human Governor review.
Is this a sexual service? +
No. Greywell is a behavioural accountability programme. It uses authority, structure, reporting, and consequence, but does not provide sexual services, physical contact, erotic content, or private sexual instruction.
What if I need to stop before the Term ends? +
The programme is entered voluntarily and may be exited voluntarily. The Term can be suspended or ended at the Governor's discretion or at the participant's request. Discomfort alone is not treated as failure. Genuine unsustainability is handled directly.
How many places are available? +
Governor-assigned Terms are limited by the Governor's capacity for meaningful weekly oversight. During beta this means a small number of concurrent Terms. The waitlist records interest for manual follow-up when intake expands.
